Hi enjoyed your data, I have a question regards your bronchial/parenchymal whole tissue system. Why do you leave tissue at 4deg over night before th washout and not in media at 37deg? Also do you add one chunk per well or multiple to a set weight of tissue? Kind regards Jonnie
