Thank you for the comment. In our study we didn't choose a cut-off value of FENO above which aireay inflammation may be considered present, but we measured FENO and AHR in a clinical setting of chronic cough obtaining that FENO<17.5 was never associated with AHR irrespectively of atopy.

Conclusion
The level of 17.5ppb is quite low for clinical purposes because of the effect atopy. My point of view 20ppb is more near for clinical purposes, do you agree?
