"In this cohort, BAL Elispot has a sensitivity of 91% and a specificity of 79% for the diagnosis of active pTB in smear-negative cases." Dear dr.Jafari Thank you for an interesting article! I was wondringwhy do you think that the sensitivity was higher in BAL than periferial blood. It looks like it is vis-versa in BAL compaired to peripherial blood Regards Dr.Vahedi
