USEFULNESS OF ENO IN ASTHMA MANAGEMENT
i AGREE WITH YOU: THE MEASUREMENT OF eNO IS USEFUL TO MODULATE THE LEVEL OF TREATMENT, IN ANOTHER EXPERIENCE WE HAVE OBTAINED A BETTER CONTROL ON EXACERBATIONS AND USE OF ORAL CORTICOSTEROIDS USING AN INTEGRATED COMPLEX MEASURE INVOLVING SPIROMETRY, METHACOLINE TEST, SPUTUM MEASURES, MEASURE OF eNO, TO ADJUST LEVEL OF INHALED STEROIDS OR BRONCHODILATORS IN DIFFICULT ASTHMA WITH RECURRENT EXCERBATIONS.
