Abstract

Sarcoidosis is multisystemic granulomatous disorder with impact of connective diseases i same case. That was place of interest during the previously 1,5 years. The aim of the work: find out the impact and relative connection between sarcoidosis and connective diseases. The method of the work:all patients with proven sarcoidosis were analysed due to activity of disease, pulmonary and non pulmonary organ involvement, laboratory findings including those to systemic/or not systemic involvement. The obtained results were statistically analysed . The results: In analysis were 145 ( 69F/ 76 M, mean ages 47,8 years ) patients with PH confirmation acidosis due to material taken during the bronchoscope. Pulmonary sarcoidosis in 144 pts, nonpulmonary sarcoidosis 1 pts ( cutis), pulmonary – nonpulmonary sarcoidosis in 71 pts. Radiographic manifestation of lung involvement were I stage – 41 pts ( 25 F-16M), II stage 61 ( 27F-34M)pts,III stage ( 14F- 21M)pts anad IV stage ( 3F-5M)pts. At the moment of analysis the acute state of diseases were confiremed in 87 -60% pts, ACE -62,3IU/ml , chronic stable phase were in 51-35,2% pts ACE 39,2 IU/ ml, relapses 7-4,8 pts ACE 76,5 IU/ml. The obtained ANA( wth specifity in same samples) were positive in 31-21,4%pts ( acute phase -11 pts, chronic phase -11 pts , relapses -9pts ). Latex WallerRosa, RF were significante high in 19-13,1% pts and find out in patients with acute phase -9 pts and in 10 pts with chronic stable phase. Conclusion: laboratory markers of connective diseases are present on these material so the further analysis is necessary, including therapy reports.
