Lesser than VATS
Well I dont believe that medical thoracoscopy is lesser invasive than VATS, now we perform up to bullectomy in awake patients and all diagnostic approaches. So the question of awake is the same in both modalities. At least I have enough room in these procedure and need no bouble lumen
