thanks for your question
i think that this tecnique it`s indicated in those lesions whitout endobronchial view. it`s cost-effectivenes in those pacients that endoscopic view is not expected

DO YOU RECOMENDED MAKING ALL THE FIBEROPTIC BRONCHOSCOPIES GUIDED BY FLUOROSCOPY OR RADIOLOGIC CONTROL?? DO YOU THINK IS COST-EFFECTIVE?
