Abstract

We analyzed treatment results in 200 patients with mono- multi- and polyresistant pulmonary tuberculosis. All patients have been applied individual treatment regimens according drug susceptibility included 4-5 first, secondary line drugs and fluoroquinolones. We achieved sputum conversion in 86,9 % patients (in 40 from 46 patients) with monoresistant MBT, in 85,7% (in 18 from 21 patients) with polyresistant MBT (MBT were resistant to HS, HE, RS) and in 52,6% patients with multidrug resistant MBT. Among patients with multidrug resistant MBT there were 77 patients with resistance to HR, HRS and 56 patients with multiresistance to 4-6 antituberculous drugs (HRSE(Et), HRSKE, HRSKEEt). Sputum conversion in patients with multidrug resistant MBT to 2-3 drugs was in 75,3% cases, in patients with multidrug resistance to 4-6 drugs - in 21,4%. Conclusion. Individual regimens of chemotherapy allow to achieve standard treatment results (85%) in patients with mono- and polyresistance. Multidrug resistance decrease treatment results despite using individual chemotherapeutical regimens. The most of patient with mulidrug resistance to 4-6 drugs are conservatively intractable and need surgical treatment.
