Abstract

142 patients with community acquired pneumonia observed, from which 96 - on a traditional medicamentous therapy background received laser therapy. All patient carried out the following researches – chest X-ray examination, spirometry, CT, microcirculation research, laboratory tests, Na+-Li+-countertransport and blood whey microelements concentration research.
At comparison of laboratory and tool parameters was established, that in patients group included laser therapy treatment were authentically best results of the following parameters: more ESR significant reduction (p < 0,001), leucocytosis decrease (p < 0,05), VC, FVC, FEV1, FEV1/FVC, MEF25, MEF50 increase (the marked difference has made from +0,1 % up to +4,4 % at various parameters), aside downturn change of cellular membranes permeability (p< 0,05), positive dynamic microcirculation changes (p < 0,01), normalization of microelements maintenance parameters: iron (p < 0,05) and strontium (p < 0,05), the full pneumonic focus sanction (on data CT).
Positive influence of laser therapy inclusion to pneumonia treatment complex on disease current in comparison with traditional medical therapy was established.
