Abstract

Introduction:Resectio-bronho anastomosis represent an alternative surgical procedure in patients with limited diseases with central localisation and for those with severe respiratory disfunction Material and Methods : In 2001 in our dept from over 150 pulmonary major resection we apply for 7 patients RBA 6 of them have bronhopulm. carcinoma (4 carcinom epidermoid , 2 adenocarcinoma)and 1 bronhial carcinoid 6 of them received upper rigt lobectomy+rba and 1 upper bilobectomy+ rba Results:Good postoperative results with no bronhial fistula and relative facile pulmonary reexpansion.Special postoperative care with repeated bronhoaspiration and kinetoterapy Conclusions:A fine operative technique and the support of a specialized ICU dept permit to a very careful selected group of patients to befits from surgical therapy even when clasical criteria of pulmonary deficiency are not reached
