Abstract
By many universal researches, it is proved that cigarette smoke inhalation damages bronchial and alveolar system. Smokers often get sick of acute bronchpulmonal infections than nonsmokers.
We researched the group of 675 teenagers (age 14-18). Also we tried to make the connection between smoking of teenagers and the frequency of acute brochopulmonal infectionin 2000. From 675 teenagers 136 (20,1%) are smokers, but 539 (79,9%) are nonsmokers.

The chart gives the number and the frequency of acute bronchopulmonal infectionsto teenagers smokers and nonsmokers. We noticed that teenagers smokers got sick 2-3 times a year, but nonsmokers once a year. Also teenagers nonsmokers were sick a shorter period at time than smokers.
It is necessary to begin a campaing against smoking in all schools, including a great number of teenagers in that work.
