Abstract

The purpose of research is learning natural course and outcomes of a children's asthma in young adults. The special attention was paid to the patients with asthma and allergic rhinitis coexisting. Under our observation there are ninety two patients born between 1970-1975 with diagnoses of an asthma in childhood. The results obtained indicate that only twenty six patients from this group have no symptoms of an asthma to the present time. Sixty six young adults suffer from an asthma of a different severity. The allergic rhinitis was marked in 27,2% of asthmatic children and in 48,9% of adults with diagnoses of an asthma in childhood. We have observed a prevalence of a allergic rhinitis in these groups of the adults patients apart who suffered from an asthma in childhood. The allergic rhinitis prevalence is 61,5% of adult patient without symptoms an asthma. It is more often then prevalence of a rhinitis among those who has clinical signs of an asthma at the present time (43,9%).
