THANK YOU. THIS IS A COMMON GROUP WE FACE THE CHALLENGE OF TREATING. IT HAS ALSO BEEN OUR OBSERVATION THAT INITAL AHI IS NOT RELATED TO RESIDUAL EDS. I WONDER IF IN THESE PATIENTS, A CPAP EFFICACY STUDY WAS UNDERTAKEN AND ALSO I WAS CURIOUS ABOUT APAP VS CPAP UAGE HERE AS I FIND SOMETIMES EPIRICAL INCREASE IN CPAP PRESSURE HELPS SOME OF THESE PATIENTS ON FIXED PRESSURE.
