Dear Park, I find your poster very interisting and of value to improve the field of HCAP. Indeed, it is a controversial field and there are many things to still understand. Your analysis and the score you propose is of worth. I`m interested in the field of HCAP too and I`d like to try to apply your score on my population of HCAP Italian patients. I`m curious to see ifit works and compare my results with yours, indeed I`ve found that my HCAP population is similar to yours. I`ve recently pubblished my investigation on ERJ 2012 (it is still onlyne). Would you allow me to do it, please? Maybe, if you would like, I`ll be very glad to do it together. I`m looking forward for your answer. Many thanks for your kind attention. Best wishes Maria Carrabba (maria.carrabba@gmail.com) Internal Medicine Department - Universita` degli Studi di Milano, Italy
