Abstract

The health state of population in big cities is determined not only by the climatic factors and environmental technique pollution, but also by the presence of geological heterogeneities – earth crust local faults (ECLF). There is no so mach information on reproductive power and on virulence of microorganisms.
The aim of this investigation was the study of possible link between frequency and heaviness of the first number of cases of pulmonary tuberculosis and the fluctuations of natural geophysic factors (radon emanation, gamma ray, geomagnetic sphere of action) over ECLF in the territory of Surgut (North Region of Russia) with the 300000 population.
The pronounced anomaly of investigated parameters were established as a result of territory geophysic monitoring (they are in 1,5 – 1,9 higher over ECLF than over solid mass; p < 0,001).
The trustworthy differences according the place of living among clinical cases of tuberculosis were found. The patients with infiltrative pulmonary tuberculosis living in houses over ECLF are in 1,5 more frequently with real predominance of bacillus patients (in 3.6) and destructive forms (in 1.3).
