That immunosupression - iatrogenic or due to disease - lowers the capability to react to TB is clear. Yo seem to argue that in vitro testing might be an alternative to skin testins but irrespective of which test is used what clinical impact does a positive result have ?

Bio-equivalent of calcineurin inhibitors concentration
very nice and extensive work. For providing a further indication to clinically oriented audience, could you please add information about the in vivo bioequivalance of the calcineurin inhibitors used for the in vitro experiments? and not only present the data obtained ex vivo after peak injection of cyclosporin A.
