MS05 The sleepy OSA patient

Morning Seminar
Chairs: O. Marrone (Palermo, Italy)
Aims: Excessive day-time sleepiness (EDS) is a major symptom of OSA. CPAP treatment is usually effective in resolving EDS in patients with OSA. In some patients, however, residual EDS is a problem, and physicians should know how to address this issue. The aim of this session is to review the management of EDS in patients with OSAHS who have been treated with CPAP.
