Aims: To improve team members chances of success in delivering airway clearance techniques including mechanical insufflation-exsufflation in chronic respiratory failure patients. To understand lessons learnt in use of MI-E especially in paediatric patients and in patients with bulbar innervated muscle dysfunction, and to provide guidance on best practice in these patients.
