The duration of non-invasive ventilation is associated with outcome in acute COPD
I am not clear why the NIV was stopped early in the group who had less than 24 hours. Was this because of mask issues, staffing issues, poor tolerance of the mask or were some of patients escalated to Invasive ventilation?
