level of ADA in segmens of lung
Ìn patients that have localized infiltration in CXR , may be there was difference between ADA level of involved segment and other segments but in patients who had diffuse involvement or normal CXR ,I think thre was not difference.

Might the level of ADA in BAL fluid depend on precisely which lobe / segment it was performed in. It does not seem sufficiently reliable to use routinely.
