Nice experiment. ? How reproducible is skin testing in mice ? Do all relevant T lymphocytes produce IFN at the same rate ?

Methods and general organization of the data
The work presented is really impressive. It represent an elegant demonstration of principal role of IFN-gamma in driving the DTH response. Expecting that the people attending the session could be, at least in part, clinically oriented in the study of tuberculosis, I suggest the authors to include a method session with a study design and give more details in the figures.
