I am sorry but the break down of Internet aborted my message. Once again. Good work! Do you thing that inflamatory T-cellular pattern could have been secondary to systemic overexpression of alpha 1-adrenoreceptors induced by chronic increase of total blood norepinephrine (NE). If it so, it would be important to decrease not only the detrimental effect of the inflamation but also the possible cause of it - I mean alpha 1-adrenoreceptors overexpression in COPD. Its not a scientific fantasy, there have been published several works in the world pointing out to the essential role of alpha 1-adrenoreceptors stimulation in induction of inflamation.
