It'is very good poster, I have 2 comments:why single dose study was chosen and not repeated dose? It seems to me that the used dose is very high (8 times of the therapeutic dose), is there any reason for that, e.g. very high exposure can be achieved in the real life in some subpopulations like patients with liver or renal impairment.
