I dont know why your findings are so different from ours, we find normal NSBR in around 50% of those with occupational asthma and current exposure. I wonder whether you call these something different, as most of our normal NSBR OA are non-eosinophilic and have a normal FeNO, but still have similar work-related changes in FEV1 to those with NSBR and eosinophils. I wonder wheter you use the label work-exacerbated asthma more than we do. Do you have data on NSBR on your work-exacerbated asthma patients, and if so does the finding of normal NSBR influence which category you put them into?
