- learnt newly identified endogenous and microbial molecules that regulate pulmonary inflammation
- learnt novel methods of targeting pneumococcal and rhinoviral infections
- a greater understanding of the molecular mechanisms regulating infection and inflammation in cystic fibrosis and COPD.
