Aims: The aim of this symposium is to inform participants about the links of migration and tuberculosis, tuberculosis epidemiology and latest proceedings in tuberculosis control. This session is organiserd in cooperation with the FP7 funded TB-PANnet.
At the end of the symposium, the audience should be familiar with the current facts related to the molecular epidemiology of Mycobacterium tuberculosis, the link between tuberculosis and migration and the consequences for tuberculosis control.
