Aims: The best therapeutic approach towards endobronchial/endotracheal metastases from distant primary tumours has not yet been established. In this session, the viewpoints of various clinical specialities will be proposed. After this session, the clinician should be able to identify the best treatment approach for his/her patient presenting with this problem.
