Aims: 1.Increase awareness of hypersensitivity pneumonitis(HP) in patients with new onset interstitial lung disease(ILD) or in newly detected ILD 2. Prompt early diagnosis and treatment intervention for HP 3 Provoke much needed clinical studies /clinical trials to treat patients with fibrotic stages of HP 4. Provoke major respiratory societies such as the ERS and ATS to sponsor development of the much needed clinical practice guidelines for diagnosis and management of HP
