Making ERS guidelines usable and relatable

Aims: The audience will be able to explain the process and basic methodology to develop ERS clinical practice guidelines as well as the main challenges; to provide information on the different kinds of support offered by the ERS for guideline development as well as opportunities to be involved; to hear the experience of the first ERS fellow on guideline methodology; to learn about innovative ways to make evidence based guidelines more useful for everyday clinical practice; and to envisage the future of ERS guidelines as they are continuing to evolve.
