Aims: This session will focus on an exciting and increasingly important area for pulmonologists and sleep specialists, namely, patients with complex breathing disorders during sleep that are related to obesity hypoventilation, opioid-induced sleep apnoea, overlap syndrome, and obstructive sleep apnoea that relates to neuromuscular disorders.
