Primary Care Day: challenging times II

Aims: The following challenges in primary care will be discussed: getting the right diagnosis; assessing the whole patient, especially in cases of multiple morbidities; changing patient behaviour (adherence, smoking); dealing with changing systems/organisations; and getting our head around the future (particularly with regard to personalised medicine). The second session of the day addresses four approaches to addressing challenges.
