Aims: At the end of the symposium participants will be able to:
• appreciate a new approach to the nomenclature of congenital bronchial and lung malformations;
• understand the spectrum of clinical symptoms of congenital bronchial and lung malformations;
• describe the investigations both pre- and post-natal, to be used in the evaluation of infants with suspected congenital bronchial and lung malformations;
• appreciate therapeutic strategies in infants with bronchial and lung malformations.
