Quality control in respiratory medicine and research

Aims: This symposium will:
• highlight the importance of quality assessment in the practice of respiratory medicine and research;
• present updated information concerning quality control in four different aspects of pneumology: lung function assessment, home therapy instrumentation, clinical trials and scientific publication.
