Aims: The aims of this Grand Round are to: present interesting and puzzling cases for clinicians and interventional pulmonologists; demonstrate the central role of interventional procedure for diagnosis of pulmonary diseases; and show unusual pathologies and unusual complications of interventional procedures, discussing with the audience the best way to find a solution.
