Aims: At the end of the course participants will know: the physiological constraints of exercise tolerance in the respiratory patient; the role of cardiopulmonary exercise testing in the evaluation of the patient with respiratory diseases; a systematic approach for the evaluation of the patient with exertional dyspnoea; and the role of exercise testing in pulmonary rehabilitation.
