Aims: The specific aims of this course are:
• to show the similarities and differences of remodelling processes in different lung diseases, such as asthma, COPD, and interstitial lung diseases;
• to promote interaction of basic scientists and clinicians in order to exchange basic insights from different lung diseases regarding remodelling and repair;
• to promote and facilitate future collaborations in this promising field of research. Target audience: Clinicians and basic scientists, trainees.
