Lung involvement in systemic disorders

Aims: Many systemic disorders have lung involvement that is often neglected. The modern pulmonologist must follow a holistic approach. Recently, chest physicians have realised that several diseases, including IgG4 disease, transfusion-related acute lung injury (TRALI), and diabetes, have significant lung involvement. An update in this field is needed.
