ERS CME Online

I am Tobias Welte, Director of this module. I will be accompanied by Prof. Stefano Aliberti in order to guide you throughout this session...

Non-tuberculosis mycobacterial infection is an increasing problem, mainly in patients with chronic lung disease. However, it is very often overseen due to difficulties in the diagnosis of the disease.
In this module you will manage three different cases. You will be challenged at different stages regarding diagnostic pathways and  decision-making related to treatment options.

After the completion of this module, you will be able to:

1- Diagnose NTM lung disease.

2- Make a decision regarding treatment (treat or not)

3- Treat patients with NTM lung disease

• Chest physicians, but also infectious disease specialists.
• Clinicians taking care of patients with chronic lung disease.
