  • Understand the diagnostic processes leading to a diagnosis of pulmonary hypertension/embolism
  • Initiate appropriate investigations, understand the pathogenesis of the condition
  • Understand the basis behind modern treatment of pulmonary hypertension and pulmonary thromboembolism
