Aims: To describe methods of enhancing lung health and respiratory function at all ages, from neonates to the elderly; to describe new techniques for assessing respiratory function; and to evaluate respiratory physiology in the context of human airway anatomy and its use in assessing respiratory function and lung health in patients.
