Aims: At the conclusion of this hot topic session, the participant will: (i) understand the spectrum of chronic pulmonary aspergillosis (CPA); (ii) be able to diagnose CPA on the basis of the recent ERS/ESCMID guidelines, which focus on a combination of clinical, radiological and mycological characteristics; (iii) be aware of the consensus regarding the management and treatment of CPA; and (iv) feel encouraged to collaborate with CPAnet to promote clinically oriented research in the field of CPA.
