Chairs:  
Aims: This seminar aims to provide the audience with practical explanations of how to build a research structure with limited resources at the beginning, based on various real-life situations including the expert's own experience.

At the end of the session, the participants will better understand:
- The main potential pitfalls for clinicians when developing translational research projects in clinical practice; and
- The necessary (technical, financial, etc.) steps in building a research structure in a pulmonary and thoracic oncology department.
