Aims: At the conclusion of this session, the participant will be able to:
• identify approaches associated with the delivery of optimal asthma management in the community;
• identify potential mechanisms for collaboration between healthcare professionals;
• describe specific elements of asthma care which have been successfully delivered in the community pharmacy setting. Target audience: Pulmonologists, physicians, pharmacists, nurses, respiratory therapists, public health, practitioners, asthma educations, allied healthcare professionals working with people with asthma in the community.
