Aims: to help attendees gain the technical expertise and physiological knowledge required to perform the forced oscillation technique for measuring respiratory mechanics according to best practice and the latest recommendations supported by experts in the field; to help understand the system setup, quality control and calibration; and to learn about the technical aspects of the forced oscillation technique, standardisation of test performance and reporting and interpretation of case studies.
