Primary Care Day: challenging times III

Session
Chairs: Janwillem Kocks (Groningen, Netherlands), Karin Lisspers (Gagnef, Sweden)
Aims: The following challenges in primary care will be discussed: getting the right diagnosis; assessing the whole patient, especially in cases of multiple morbidities; changing patient behaviour (adherence, smoking); dealing with changing systems/organisations; and getting our head around the future (particularly with regard to personalised medicine). The third session of the day highlights three innovative approaches for the future.
