Aims: To learn about the clinical spectrum of ILDs in different parts of the world; the differences in the diagnostic approaches used for the same problem in different parts of the world; the clinical management of ILD; and the need to foster a global network, as this will enhance the overall understanding regarding the diagnosis and management of ILD worldwide and provide an unified approach that allows the simple clinical management of patients with ILD.
