Primary Care Day: challenging times IV

Session
Aims: The following challenges in primary care will be discussed: getting the right diagnosis; assessing the whole patient, especially in cases of multiple morbidities; changing patient behaviour (adherence, smoking); dealing with changing systems/organisations; and getting our head around the future (particularly with regard to personalised medicine). The final session of the day builds on the insights of the day to consider solutions for familiar clinical challenges.
