Borderline indications for surgical treatment of non-small cell lung cancer

Aims: To offer a detailed analysis of pre-operative assessment, operative strategy and of the outcome of the treatment in different groups of marginal situations related to:
• limited lung function and increased overall cardiopulmonary risk;
