Aims: to discuss the different treatment option for cT1 lung cancer: surgical segmentectomy, bronchoscopic ablation of lung tumour including robotic bronchoscopic, stereotactic ablative radiotherapy (SABR); to discuss leaving the concept of lobectomy and opt for segmentectomy?; to discuss if the focus should be on non-invasive stereotactic radiotherapy or should patients be treated bronchoscopically?
