Lessons learnt and updates from the CADSET clinical research collaboration

Clinical Research Collaboration
Aims: To provide an overview of the lessons learnt and outputs of CADSET; to present a discussion with different highly involved CADSET members; to present the audience with the following specific learning outcomes: 1. challenges and benefits of large collaborative studies, views from early-career and well-established ERS researchers; 2. update on early life origins of chronic respiratory diseases; 3. early life spirometric phenotypes, prevalence and associated factors; 4. factors influencing lung function across the ages; 5. similarities and differences between asthma with fixed airflow limitation and COPD and 6. challenges ahead.
